Joyce Mhlobiso Dlamini

Manager, Eswatini Stock Exchange (ESE)
Joyce heads the Eswatini Stock Exchange (ESE) where she is responsible for all its operations among which include driving the sweeping changes and innovations at the ESE, such as the automation of its trading platform and systems linking all participants within the Exchange ecosystem, introducing more products such as ETFs and REITs, among others. Her vision for the ESE is to make it a destination exchange in Africa regardless of its size by increasing both its depth (attracting more listings) and breadth (adding more diversified products). She has been appointed a Member of both the Market and Product Development and the Capacity Building and Visibility Subcommittees of the Committee of SADC Stock Exchanges (CoSSE). She also serves as Member of both the Market Development and Disruptive Technology Working Groups of the African Securities Exchanges Association (ASEA).
Joyce began her career in 1996 with First National Bank Eswatini where she was exposed to various departments in three branches within two years. The knowledge and experience gained at FNB laid a strong foundation of who she is today. She later moved to the Central Bank of Eswatini (CBE) in 1998 where she gained broad and invaluable twelve years of banking experience in Accounting, Finance and Operations, with eight years at management level, which spanned across financial, treasury and currency operations, which honed her senior level business communication skills, sharpened her staff management and leadership capabilities. She was recognised for identifying solutions to problems and achieving results at the Central Bank of Eswatini. She has an exceptional academic and career track record and was recognised for academic excellence at the University of Eswatini and at the Central Bank of Eswatini.
It was in 2006, while working for the CBE that she was awarded with the American Fulbright Scholarship to pursue her MBA in Finance which rigorously trained her to be a professional business executive who brings success to business entities where she has works. Studying abroad upscaled her thinking level such that she now thinks globally yet acts locally. The international exposure she gained enables her to work and interact professionally with multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural people. In 2010 because of the zeal to impart her knowledge, skills and expertise, she joined the University of Eswatini under the Faculty of Commerce as a Lecturer of Advanced Corporate Finance, Advanced Business Finance, Investment Analysis and Portfolio Management, Taxation, Auditing and Legal Accounting. She also did the administrative work of the Faculty as a Tutor where she was responsible for students’ admissions, preparations of their results and attended to students’ concerns and challenges. Even currently, the University still seeks her services of reviewing Academic Modules in both fields of Finance and Accounting.
As part of Community Service, she has effectively worked with the Eswatini Institute of Accountants by setting and marking the Taxation Paper of the Conversion Exams that are taken by Auditors in order to qualify as Partners at their respective Audit Firms. She also does the same for the Attorney General’s Office where she sets the Accounting for Lawyers Paper of the Bar Exams that are taken by Lawyers in order to qualify as Admitted Attorneys of the High Court of the Kingdom of Eswatini.
Joyce is a Fulbright Alumnus from the University of Akron, Ohio, USA where she obtained her MBA in Finance and also holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Eswatini. She is a Registered Accountant, RA(SD) with the Eswatini Institute of Accountants (SIA), a Full Member with the South African Institute of Financial Markets (SAIFM), and a Member with the Institute of Directors in Southern Africa (IoDSA). Other foreign professional bodies that she joined while doing her graduate training in the USA include the Financial Management Association (FMA), University of Akron; Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), Akron, OHIO Chapter; Beta Alpha Psi (BAP), University of Akron and the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA), Cleveland, OHIO Chapter.

Neliswa is the Monitoring and Surveillance Officer, under the Listings and trading department. She joined the Eswatini Stock Exchange in 2017. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce Accounting and Finance which she obtained from the University of Eswatini in 2015, She is currently furthering her studies and a registered student with the South African Institute of Financial Markets. She is passionate about Finance and driving the Eswatini Stock exchange Mission to Enable companies to list on the Exchange and ensuring that investors are able to trade in those securities.

An innovative Financial Research Economist, Vulincwala Nhlabatsi boost years of experience in the fields of finance, economics development and statistical analysis. Having joined ESE in 2018, he is responsible for the planning, organizing and managing the settlement & clearing of trades transactions emanating from ESE. He is also a member of the African Finance and Economics Association (AFEA), Economics Association of Eswatini (ECAS) and he sits in various local and international capital markets working group committees.
Sihle S. Tsabedze

Sihle graduated from Lake Forest College in Chicago Illinois (USA) with a B.A. in Finance majoring in Finance and Global Politics. Sihle's previous experience in a large internationally known investment company (Northern Trust Bank/Company) dealing with securities, as well as his background in marketing and communications, makes him an invaluable member of the Marketing and Product Development Officer of the Eswatini Stock Exchange team.

Senior Legal and Compliance Officer, Eswatini Stock Exchange (ESE)
Tilungile Ntshalintshali, an attorney admitted to the High Court of Eswatini, is the Senior Legal and Compliance Officer of the Exchange since May 2019. Her responsibilities are threefold: legal advisor for the Exchange; Compliance officer; as well as company secretary for the ESE Board. Prior to that she was Adjudicator with the Ombudsman of Financial Services where she resolved disputes in the non-bank financial services industry.
Tilungile is a Hubert Humphrey Fellow who studied at the American University Washington College of Law and interned with the World Bank Group in Washington DC. Before that she served her articles with Bibi Rikhotso Attorneys and later joined Hunter Employment Benefits law firms, both in Johannesburg, South Africa. She later came back to Eswatini to join the then Insurance and Retirement Funds Adjudicator. Throughout her career Tilungile has sought continuous education acquiring certification in Commercial and Court-Aligned Mediation, Financial Planning, Pensions Law, and Compliance Management. She holds BA Law and LLB Degrees from the University of Eswatini, and a master’s degree in Corporate Law from the University of Pretoria.
